Aone+ Area 12 goes with Route One and Ultra-band on A180 Stallingborough

Route One have successfully completed a concrete repair and crack sealing contract for Aone+ in Area 12. Involved at ECI stage, Route One used Maxicrete for the thin bonded concrete repairs (TBR) and a newly developed BBA/HAPAS approved system, ‘Ultra-band‘ for the sealing of the centreline and transverse joints.

The Ultra-band product was used in lieu of traditional ‘saw and seal’ methods and resulted in saved time, waste and a cost saving of 30%. Ultra-band is the ONLY single component fill and overband crack repair system approved by the BBA for use on both concrete and asphalt carriageways and pavements.

M6 Expansion Joint Contract completed for Aone+ Area 10 MAC

Route One have successfully completed a £250k contract of bridge expansion joints on the M6 between junctions 16 and 17 near Sandbach.

Ronacrete approve Route One for Hard Landscaping

After successfully working together and installing Ronacrete’s resin bonded, resin bound and tree pit systems, Route One now have ‘Approved Contractor’ status for hard landscaping. Pictured are Ronacrete’s Technical Area Manager Terry Mulholland along with Fiona Beverley from Route One.

Route One put finishing touches to Casey Group HQ

Route One have completed the prestigious Head Offices of the Casey Group in Rochdale. The work involved the installation of a Resin Bonded Surfacing System with an Autumn Gold aggregate to the surrounding footpaths and walkways.
